Customer Portal

New Customer Portal!

Meridian Metropolitan District is excited to announce the launch of a new Customer Portal.

Beginning with your April 1st utility bill, we will be offering an online Customer Portal where you may view and pay your water utility bill. The Portal will be live beginning Wednesday, April 3rd.

Making Payments

You may make a one-time payment as a guest or register to take advantage of all the features the portal has to offer. Meridian Metro District will not be able to take payments via phone. All credit card or ACH payments will need to be made through the Portal either as a registered user or as a guest. You will also still have the option to mail payments to the address listed on the bill.

Setting up your Customer Portal

To set up your Portal account, you will need to provide a username or email address and set a password. Your account number will remain the same.

Once registered, you will be able to select how to receive any utility related notifications, including for emergencies. Email notification is the default, or you can choose to receive notifications via text messages. You can also contact Customer Service directly from the Portal.

For those who enroll in paperless billing, we’ll notify you by email or text when your bill is available to view online.  You will also be able to sign up for AutoPay! Your bill will be paid on time, every time.

After receiving your April 1st bill, it’s easy to register by clicking the “Customer Portal” button above.

The “Guide” button below will take you to some helpful instructions that will guide you through the steps for making a payment or setting up your online account in the Portal.

Multiple Accounts

For Customers who are responsible for more than one utility account, you’ll be able to link them together using a single Portal login and email address for notifications. Simply add an account to your portal list, easily switch between accounts, and remove accounts as needed.

Text Message Reminders/Alerts

Email is the default for Customer notifications. However, if you sign up to receive text message reminders and/or alerts, you’ll need to verify your phone number to ensure it is a valid mobile phone. If SMS/Texting is enabled on your account, these messages will come from 1-949-996-0043.
